Moonbox Design is a full service design consultancy owned and maintained by Chris Fennell. Chris is a multi-medium designer with over 10 years of experience in design. We provide services such as Branding, Identity Design, Print Design, Packaging Design and Web Design. Every design has a message. Our job is to successfully deliver that message to the public and help them understand it. By doing that we can build and enhance brands to help companies increase awareness, attract new business, achieve their mission and tell their story.

We believe that the success of any project, big or small, is greatly determined by the strategic process. Without a strategy every project is vulnerable to encountering obstacles and/or not having the desired impact on the target audience. We use a simple process that has proven itself no matter the size of the project. Although every project presents its own challenges and needs, we're confident our four step process can help us reach a solution quickly and effectively.

Research
The first part of our process is listening. We conduct one-on-one interviews to understand who you are and what your goals are. We also look at who your competitors are and what they're doing. We collect every piece of information we can to help us research and choose the best approach to your goal. After obtaining all of the necessary information, we then form a strategy. The strategy will outline your goals and target audience. We then show you how we intend to reach a solution and help you deliver your message.

Design
This is where the creativity flows. In this part of the process we use the strategy, formed in step one, and explore various ideas and concepts. Ideas are written and sketched as we work toward a solution. We then select the best idea and implement it. We will carefully select reproduction specialists such as printers, photographers and writers to help deliver your message and create a lasting first impression.

Deliver
The third part of our process is finalizing the solution. We proof, reproof, and deliver the project to our reproduction partner for completion. We manage the production of the solution and supervise all vendors involved. This is a very critical part of the process. We have to make absolutely certain that the solution is delivered in nothing but the highest quality. Our commitment to quality control will ensure that you have a worry-free experience.

Measure
The fourth and final step of our process involves tracking progress and determining the next step. Did we reach the target audience? Create a lasting first impression? Have an impact? Attract new business? Build your brand? These are questions that are asked to ensure that your message is delivered successfully in any medium. In the end the results are what count. We're confident that our end result will be you walking away a happy client.
